About Me

My name is Rachael Ford and I am a surface pattern designer from sunny Southport based in Leeds. I am about to begin the third year of my degree Printed Textiles and Surface Pattern Design at Leeds College Of Art. This blog is primarily a showcase of my work inside and out of uni but also to share a few of my inspirations and bits I like. I am a colour addict, I enjoy creating digital design, texture, and mixed meida prints using both fabric and paper. I am approaching the start of my third year so have decided it's about time I start a new blog to document all my inspirations, visits, drawings, processes and designs and share it with all you lovely people.
