About Me

My name is Rachael Ford and I am a surface pattern designer from sunny Southport based in Leeds. I am about to begin the third year of my degree Printed Textiles and Surface Pattern Design at Leeds College Of Art. This blog is primarily a showcase of my work inside and out of uni but also to share a few of my inspirations and bits I like. I am a colour addict, I enjoy creating digital design, texture, and mixed meida prints using both fabric and paper. New Designers

Yesterday I had a little day trip down to London to visit New Designers to give me an insight into what I am aiming for for next year. I have to say I was very impressed. So much talent-well done Leeds college of art girls your stand was truly amazing!
